- 2
Read the score and fix list
Failed and partial checks come first, each with a specific fix.
- 3
Fix, publish, re-check
Update the page, run the check again, then ask Google to recrawl it in Search Console.
Why it matters for SEO
Google matches words to pages
Google's own guide says to use the words people would search for in prominent places such as the title and headings.
The title and H1 set expectations
Searchers decide from the title in the results, and the H1 confirms they landed in the right place.
One page, one main topic
A page that clearly targets one search is easier for Google to rank than one that tries to cover everything.
Don't overdo it
Repeating a keyword unnaturally is against Google's spam policies. The check warns when density gets too high.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about the keyword optimizer and the SEO behind it.
What is a good keyword density?
There is no magic number. Use the keyword naturally a few times along with related terms. This tool warns above 3%, where text often starts to read as stuffed.
Does the keyword have to be the exact phrase?
Not always: Google understands synonyms and word order. The exact phrase in the title and H1 still helps clarity, so the tool gives partial credit when only the words are present.
Will a 100 score guarantee rankings?
No. On-page optimisation makes relevance clear, but rankings also depend on content quality, links, reviews, competition and page experience.
Should I change my URL to include the keyword?
Only for new pages. Changing an established URL can lose rankings unless you add a 301 redirect, so it is usually not worth it.
Does it work for Hindi and Hinglish keywords?
Yes. Matching ignores case and punctuation and works with any language, including Hinglish phrases like "website banwani hai".
